This is general Terms and Conditions for the ProCosmeticsUK web shop.
1. Terms and Conditions
1.1. The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by the Customer (hereinafter referred to as “you” or “the Customer”) with Procosmeticsuk Ltd hereinafter referred to as shop” or “we”, at www.procosmeticsuk.co.uk (also referred to as the website).
1.2. The on-line shop available at www.procosmeticsuk.co.uk is run by Procosmetcisuk Ltd
1.3. These Terms & Conditions shall specify in particular:
a.) the terms & conditions of registering on our website and using the account;
b.) the terms & conditions of making electronic reservations of products available at the on-line shop;
c.) the terms & conditions of placing orders by email;
d.) the terms & conditions of concluding contracts on services provided by the on-line shop.
1.4. By placing the order the Customer confirms, that he/she has got the knowledge and undertook appropriate training to safely use professional beauty products. Procosmeticsuk Ltd cannot and will not accept any liability for any reactions to the skin due to the inappropriate use of any product sold purchased on our site
2. Terms & Conditions of using the on-line shop
2.0. In our website we offer variety of products “Professional Use Only” available to professional trade only. We will need to verify your accreditation as qualified technician/beauticians before you can make a purchase.
2.1. Some products are not for general sale, you will need prove that you are able to deal or use those products
2.2. You have to accept the Terms & Conditions of the on-line shop prior to shopping.
2.3. The on-line shop may deprive the Customer of the right to use the on-line shop, as well as limit the access to part or whole of the products of the on-line shop with immediate effect, should the Customer breach the Terms & Conditions, in particular should the Customer:
a.) submit personal details which are false, outdated, unspecific, misleading or infringing the rights of the third parties during registration at the on-line shop,
b.) infringe the personal rights of third parties through the on-line shop, in particular personal rights of other customers of the on-line shop,
c.) commit other behaviors which in the opinion of the on-line shop are against the applicable provisions of the law or general rules of using the Internet or harm the interests of the on-line shop or the company ProcosmeticsukLtd.
2.4. A person deprived of the right to use the on-line shop, may not re-register without prior consent of the on-line shop.
2.5. In order to provide security of transmission of messages and data in relation to the services provided within the framework of the website, the on-line shop undertakes technical and organisational measures appropriate to the degree of security risk of the provided services, in particular the measures to prevent acquisition and modification of personal details transmitted over the Internet by unauthorized persons.
2.6. The Customer shall, in particular:
a.) not produce and transfer content prohibited by the law provisions, e.g. violent content, slandering or infringing personal rights and other rights of third parties,
b.) use the on-line shop without disturbing its functioning, in particular through the use of particular software or equipment,
c.) not undertake actions, such as: sending or posting unsolicited commercial communication within the framework of the on-line shop (spam),
d.) use the on-line shop without major inconvenience to other clients and to the on-line shop,
e.) use all contents of the on-line shop only for personal use,
f.) use the on-line shop in accordance with the provisions of the law and the provisions of these terms & conditions and general rules of using the Internet.
3. The procedure of concluding the contract
3.1. In order to conclude the contract via the on-line shop, go to the website www.procosmeticsuk.co.uk, choose products you want to purchase, taking technical steps based on messages displayed to you and information available on the website.
3.2. Selection of goods ordered by you is made by adding them to your basket.
3.3. When submitting order – until you press the „Place Order”, you have the option to modify the implemented data and the chosen products. You should follow the displayed messages and information available on the site.
3.4. After you submit all necessary details, a summary of your Order will be displayed to you. The summary of the order will contain information on:
a.) the subject of the order,
b.) unit prices and total price of the ordered goods or services, including delivery costs and any additional costs (if applicable),
c.) selected method of payment,
d.) selected method of delivery,
e.) delivery time.
3.5. To send the order, it is necessary to accept the contents of the terms & conditions, submit your personal details marked as obligatory and press the button „Place Order”.
3.6. Sending the order by the Customer constitutes a declaration of will to conclude the contract with Procosmeticsuk in accordance with the contents of the terms & conditions.
3.7. After submitting the order, you will receive an e-mail with final confirmation of all material elements of the order.
3.8. The contract is deemed concluded at the moment of receiving the above e-mail by the Customer.
3.9. The contract is concluded in English and is in compliance with these terms & conditions.
4.1. Delivery of the order takes place to the address indicated by the Customer during placing the order. Customer placing order shall ensure that full name and delivery address is correct. Procosmeticsuk Ltd is unable to take responsibility for a delay or loss of a parcel where incorrect or incomplete delivery details have been provided.
4.2. We offer next day dispatch. Your order is delivered by Royal Mail -Tracked 48 Service/Royal Mail 2nd Class (parcels maximum weight 2kg) or UPS courier. The delivery costs are indicated during placing the order based on the final weight of the parcel or total spend:

UPS STANDARD (parcels 2kg – 5kg) £6.96 VAT included
UPS STANDARD (parcels 5kg – 10kg) £8.40 VAT included
Some of small products listed on the website are eligible for free shipping, those are shipped via Royal Mail 48
4.3. Time of delivery varies from 2 to 5-UK business days following the date of placing the order,unless specified differently.
4.4. We kindly request that you report undelivered orders after 5-7 business days following the date of sending the parcel, depending on the selected form of delivery.
4.5. Customers may get access to these terms & conditions at any time through the link on the home page of www.procosmeticsuk.co.uk, download it and print it.
5. Prices and payments
5.1. Prices of products are provided in British Pound Sterling and include all components, including VAT, customs and any other components.
5.2. The Customer may pay by:
a.) debit or credit card services provided by Paypal
b.) cash, where applicable.
d.) bank transfer
6. A right to withdraw from the contract
6.1. The Customer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract without any reasons by submitting a written statement within 14 days and sending it to: email@example.com
6.2. The 14-day period commences on the date of delivery of the products.
6.3. The right to withdraw from the contract by the Customer is excluded in the event of the products exceeding the standard offer of the on-line shop, prepared to the special order of the Customer and adjusted to his/hers individual needs provisions which due to their nature may not be returned or which are subject to rapid perishing
6.4. In the event of withdrawing from the distance contract, the contract is deemed null and void. The subject of the provision is subject to be returned unchanged, unless the change was necessary in the ordinary course of business. The return should occur forthwith no later than within 10 days. 6.5. Goods returned by the Customer should be packed in an appropriate manner ensuring no damages to the package during transport.
6.6. The cost of packaging and delivery shall be incurred by the Customer.
7. Our refunds policy
7.1 If you have cancelled the Contract between us within the 14 days, we will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 days of the day you have given notice of your cancellation. In this case, we will refund the price of the Product in full. However, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
7.2 Before you return any item to us you must insure that you have taken reasonable care of the product prior to return – in particular this means they must not have been damaged. You must give us notice of cancellation by any written means (including email, fax or letter), but it will speed up the process for you and us if you contact us by email. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the product to us, unless it is faulty, incorrect or missdescribed.
7.3 Please return the Product in suitable packaging to ensure it reaches us in good condition.
7.4 Please note: All cosmetics must be unopened, sealed and in original packaging. Failure to comply with this requirement will result in refusal to issue a refund.
7.5 For any other reason (for instance, because have notified us you have received wrong product, or because you claim that the product is defective), we will examine the returned product and will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 15 days of the day we confirmed to you via e-mail that you were entitled to a refund for the defective product. Products returned by you because of a defect (recognised by us after inspection) will be refunded in full, including a refund of the delivery charges for sending the item to you and the cost incurred by you in returning the item to us, subject to our verification.
Please Note: We will not provide refund for the product claimed as defective due to incorrect use.
7.6 We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
8. Complaints referring to the goods
8.1. Procosmeticsuk ltd as a seller is liable to the Customer for incompliance of the goods purchased by the Customer with the contract.
8.2. The complaints resulting from the breach of the rights of the Customer, guaranteed by the law or pursuant to these terms & conditions should be addressed to firstname.lastname@example.org. The on-line shop undertakes to consider each complaint within 14 days or in the event it is impossible, to inform the Customer when it will be dealt with.
9. Complaints within the scope of provision of electronic services
9.1. Procosmeticsuk Ltd undertakes actions to ensure proper operation of the on-line shop, within the scope which results from the current technical knowledge and undertakes to remove all irregularities reported by the Customers within reasonable time.
9.2. The Customer is obliged to inform the on-line shop forthwith on any irregularities or interruptions in the operation of the on-line shop.
9.3. Irregularities related to the operation of the on-line shop may be reported in writing by the Customer to the address: email@example.com or using our contact form.
9.4. The complaint should include the Customer’s name and surname, correspondence address, type and date of the irregularity related to the on-line shop operation.
9.5. The on-line shop undertakes to consider each complaint within 14 days or in the event it is impossible, to inform the Customer when it will be dealt with.
10. Final provisions
10.1. The provisions of the consumer’s law, such as Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) 2000, Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Directive 97/7/EC, Electronic Commerce Directive 2000 shall apply in matters not regulated by those Rules.
